Appointments are scheduled as promptly as possible.

Waiting Times

We make every effort to stay on schedule to minimise waiting times. Various circumstances during surgery may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Keeping Appointments

If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment we would appreciate you contact us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid a missed appointment fee. If you fail to provide notification of cancellations, future appointments may need to be pre-paid.
